1. Who we are
Mikan Cloud is a pre-paid, OpenAI-compatible API gateway operated by Shen Huang (contact me@alwa.info). By topping up or calling our API you agree to these terms. We keep them short because legal boilerplate hides, not protects.
2. What the service does
We forward your /v1/chat/completions requests to DeepSeek International's public API, meter tokens, and debit your pre-paid USD wallet. We do not fine-tune, cache, or train on your prompts. We do not promise a specific model version beyond "deepseek-v3.2" — if DeepSeek renames or deprecates it upstream, we'll tell you by email before switching.
3. Wallet model
You pre-pay USD into a wallet via Stripe. Every API call atomically decrements your balance using the per-token price on /pricing. Balances never expire. You can never go into debt — calls are rejected with HTTP 402 when balance drops below $0.01.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no attempts to exfiltrate our upstream keys, no resale of the API to third parties without written consent. We reserve the right to revoke keys and refund remaining balance minus Stripe fees if we find your traffic abusing the upstream.
5. Termination
You can delete your account any time from the dashboard. We'll refund unused balance minus Stripe fees and purge personal data within 30 days, except transaction records we're legally required to keep. We can terminate accounts for the abuse clauses above.
